Short description : Please note that between the 15.th of july and the 5.th of august the rooms will be redesigned. Herewith we want to inform you about it and also that there will hardly be any noise, as most of the works will not cause any ( E.G. Furnitures will be changed, walls will be painted, curtains will be changed and so on ).
This hotel was opened to the public as a member of the Austrian Rogner chain of hotels on September 1, 1996. The 5-storey building was built near the lake of Héviz, in the middle of a park of 16 hectares. Smoothly fitting into its natural environment, the hotel accommodates guests with elegance and all possible comfort. In addition to traditional treatments called hévizi, a beauty farm and hairdresser provides their juvenating service to clients, Hotel guests preferring sport and fitness can choose from a golf course offering complete programme (6-hole Pitch & Putt Fun Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Pitching Green), tennis courts, riding facilities and archery. The Lotus Therme is located just 600 m away from the largest thermal lake from europe. The leading Wellness and Beautyhotel with a health center is 6 km away from the balaton lake. We have the original Hévizer Treatments with mud and massage, also Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Yomeiho and Lomi Lomi Nui.

With the hotel's renovation completed, you are now offered a redesigned beauty reception, new mud-rooms and a resting place with new facilities to help you relax. Instead of the old entrance, there is a new automatic front door, an open fireplace in Salon Agra, a water bar next to reception and 12 new garage spaces.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 3.20 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
