Cancelation Policy : Cancellation policy:
- cancellation made before 14 days prior to date and time of anticipated travel will be effected without any charges
- cancellation made between 14 - 7 days prior to date and time of anticipated travel will be charged with 20% of the total cost
- cancellation made between 7 - 2 days prior to date and time of anticipated travel will be charged with 50% of the total cost
- cancellation made in 2 days prior to date and time of anticipated travel will be charged with 80% of the total cost
- without sending any cancellation 90% of the total cost will be charged
Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
Finally we announce, that based on the 213. paragraph of the hungarian civil law, all reservations given via internet, press, e-mail or telephone to our offer are being considered as acceptance of our offer.
Once Heviznet kft. received and accpeted the order and reservation, the hotel reservation contract between Procurer and Prestige Ház Kft. is realized. Any disapproval of the Procurer given in writing in 24 hours after having received this confirmation, cancelles the hotel reservation contract. In any other issues the regulations of hungarian civil law to be applied.
Rooms may be occupied from 14:00 pm. on arrival day and are available untill 10:00 am. on departure day. In case of arrival after 18:00 pm we kindly ask you to notify us.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : The lodging for children up to the age of 6 is free of charge. Between the age of 6-12 a discount of 50% will be given.
Spare bed: 17 € /Nacht
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
