Hotel Information : To make your day even more comfortable we changed our entire sauna area into an island of relaxation and leisure. Numerous recreational facilities are at your disposal for your personal well-being: Finnish sauna, hot whirl-pool (35°) with massage jets (Jacuzzi), modern high-speed solarium, heated outdoor swimming-pool, herbal steam bath, infrared vital-cabins.
In cooperation with the nearby Optifit (largest fitness centre in Salzburg) we offer our guests a 50% deduction (in summer 70%) on the day rate.
Our private guests also receive one free entry per week. Entry to the associated recreation centre Optimum with indoor and outdoor swimming-pool, various saunas and many more is also included in the Optifit entrance fee. Optifit and Optimum are just 200 meters from the hotel.
The hotels own recreational facilities comprise pool-billiard and table-soccer free of charge. During summer, table tennis is available in the garden.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

Important Information : You can additionally book halfboard anytime in advance at a cost of EUR 15 per person per day.
Travel Information : From Germany: Take the Motorway A8 Munich - direction Salzburg - take the exit "Siegsdorf"- direction Lofer - and follow the street in direction Zell/See - its then best to use the tunnel before Zell/See - you will come directly to the street to Kaprun.
From Switzerland: Inntal Motorway - take the exit to Felbertauern at WÖRGL - you will then go in direction Kitzbühel - Saalfelden - Zell/See - Kaprun.
From Italy and Slovenia: Take the Motorway A1 - direction Salzburg - at Bischofshofen you take the highway exit to direction Zell/See. Approximately after 45 km you will then reach Kaprun.
How to find our hotel: On the road to Kaprun you pass the Shell gas station to the right and take a left there towards the center of Kaprun. After ca. 200 meters you will see the Sportgeschäft Glaser 2000 to your right and the Adeg supermarket. Here you turn left, pass over the bridge of the Kapruner Ache and turn left into the Schloßstraße. After ca. 200 meters the Hotel Sonnblick will be to the right.
