Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

For Culturefans a visit to the old historical citycenter of Salzburg (ca. 1H cardrive) not only in the festival time.

The additional price for our Experience half board offer is EUR 15 per adult per evening, Children 3-5 years: EUR 7, 6-12 years: EUR 10.

Travel Information : Zell am See train station is 6 km away (Transfers from and to the train station are available subject to a charge); and Salzburg Airport is 80 km to the north.
By car: Take the A 8 motorway, coming from the direction of Nürnberg and Munich, towards Salzburg. Take the exit "Bad Reichenhall" and drive towards Lofer (you will not need to purchase a motorway vignette), drive past Zell am See straight towards Kaprun.
