Short description : Kitz Residenz is situated in a quiet location only a few minutes from the centre of Kaprun. The robust apartment building was recently completely rebuilt and renovated and consists of particularly spacious charming apartments. The architecture of the building reminds one of the old castles in the area.
Through the elegant entryway with stairwell, you reach the royally furnished apartments. The two towers give the building a unique atmosphere. The building is surprisingly laid out into multiple varied apartments.
The apartments on the ground floor have a large terrace. On the first floor, there are spacious balconies and on the top floor a beautiful loggia. Some apartments are built on two floors.
The furnishings are well maintained and luxurious, 2 modern bedrooms, bathroom and fully furnished kitchen make you feel completely at home.
