Travel Information : From the airport:
Take the motorway in the direction of Funchal. Exit the motor-way where you see the sign “HOSPITAL FUNCHAL”. Drive until you reach a round-about (you will first pass two Repsol gas stations, one on the left and the other on the right). Keep to your right and drive down “Avenida Luís Camões” (you will find the main hospital on your right) until you come to a cross-roads with traffic lights. Drive straight across “Avenida do Infant”, you will then come to another cross-roads (you will see the Madeira Carlton Hotel in front of you), here you turn left onto “Rua Imperatriz D. Amélia." This road will lead you to the entrance of the hotel, which is on your left hand side.
Important Information : Children between 0 and 2 years old: breakfast free.
Children between 3 and 6 years old: 50% discount on the breakfast.

Short description : The Aparthotel Imperatriz is a small family run hotel, ideally situated in Funchal’s most prestigious zone, next to the famous Madeira Casino and conveniently close to some of the finest restaurants and bars in Funchal.
On your way to the city centre, which is only a 10 minute walk, you will find the Santa Catarina Park with its gardens and spectacular views over the ocean and Funchal. From the park you can walk down to the Marina and the promenade along the ocean front, leading to the Old Town.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
