Cancelation Policy : CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
The following charges apply to all confirmed reservations:
Shoulder Season :
-Cancellations received after the release date but prior to 4 days before arrival will be charged the first night at the contracted rate
-Cancellations within 4 days of arrival will entail a charge of 75% of the stay booked
-No-Shows will be charged for the entire stay booked (100% charge)
High and Festive Season:
-Cancellations received after the release date but prior to 10 days before arrival will be charged the first night at the contracted rate
-Cancellations within 10 days of arrival will entail a charge of 75% of the stay booked
-No-Shows will be charged for the entire stay booked (100% charge)
Cancellations must be advised in writing and proof of acknowledgement by the Hotel should be retained.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : CHILDREN POLICY
•Children up to 3 years included stay free of charge in parent's room including breakfast (max occupancy per Deluxe room 2 adults and 1 infant in baby crib up to 3 years; max occupancy per Junior Suite 2 adults and 1 extra bed for child up to 12 yrs included; max occupancy per Design Suite 3 adults).
•A 50% discount is granted on all meals from 06 to 12 years (à la carte menu)
•Kid's menu available at a charge for children below 6 years
•No additional charge for baby crib
•50% charge for extra beds for children up to 12 years – Euro 35 – on b&b
•Full charge for children from 13 years - Euro 70.- on b&b
MEALS
-Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals
-0-05 yrs will be charged à la carte Kid’s Menu
-6-12 yrs will be charged 50% of adult rate stated below.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
