Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 17:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

Travel Information : If you are arriving in Florence by car and you are travelling on the highway you have to exit at Florence north and at the end of the highway you have to go left then always straight following the sings to Careggi/Rifredi after approx. 2500 metres you will see the hotel Raffaello on your left. If you are travelling by train, from the main railway station you can take the local bus n. 14 (direction Careggi) or 28 (direction Sesto) on your left comming out of the station cost € 1,00 (will take 10/15 minutes)or you can take a taxi will cost approx. € 10,00 (will take 08/10 minutes), if you are flight form airport you can take a taxi cost € 10,00/15,00, will take (10/15 minutes) or you can take the shuttle bus to the main railway station and the bus n. 14 or 28:
