Short description : Apartment Dei Medici is situated right in the center of Flotrence in a nice "palazzo" a 5-minute walk from the Duomo and close Gli Uffizi in Piazza della Signorina.
The apartment is on the first floor with elevator. From the windows in the living room have a view of Via Dei Medici and the windows of the bedrooms overlook a quiet courtyard. The decor is a typical Florence style.
The apartment features a living room/dining room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price. ( when you rent a linen package).
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 10 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
