The Hogs Head Hotel has a convenient location, just 1.5 miles (2.5 km) from junction 26 of the M1 motorway. With a great location for the long-distance traveller, the hotel is around halfway between London and Scotland. It is reputed that there was once an old coaching house on this site. Nottingham, Derby, Ilkeston and Hucknall are all within easy reach and the hotel has great access to the region’s major roads and free private parking on site.
This small hotel has 12 non-smoking en suite rooms, all with TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. The restaurant offers traditional English food, with a menu that changes regularly to reflect the seasonal produce available.
