Hotel Information : Nottingham's first and only purpose built boutique hotel opened in Spring 2003 Hart's is also Nottingham's highest rated hotel according to the AA Guide.The hotel is a three minute walk from the city centre yet perfectly placed in a quiet cul de sac away from the noise of traffic and nightclubs emptying. The hotel has its own car park (charged at £8.00 per car per night) and 24 of the 32 rooms and suites have stunning views over our private garden and the quiet 'Park' area of Nottingham. Hart's Restaurant is amongst the best in town and is the two time winner of the 'Best Service' award and is currently 'Restaurant of the Year' in the Nottingham Restaurant Awards. Attention to detail and personal service are what makes Hart's a cut above the rest.
Room Information : All bedrooms are furnished with Egyptian cotton sheets and duck down duvets. Other facilities include tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk, Bose CD players and broadband internet.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
