Short description : A newly built housing estate at the central area of Nessebar, only 250 m from the beach. On the first floor of the estate there is a big supermarket, pizzeria, and snack bar. 20 m from the building there is a bowling hall, disco and café-confectionery.
The apartment consists of two separate rooms. In the living room there is a kitchen provided with ovens, aspirator, fridge, folding bed for two, TV and air-conditioning.
Region Information : Nessebar is located 35 kilometres north of Bourgas. The old quarter of the town, situated on the Nessebar peninsula and linked to the mainland by a narrow neck of land, has been declared as an architectural and archaeological reserve. North and south of the peninsula you can find beaches covered with the finest sand along the Black Sea coast.
