Short description : The Residence “La Contessina” is located in the heart of Florence, near the Santa Maria Novella Station, at 500m from the Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral).
The entire floor of the large 20th century building, standing away from the road, has been completely refurbished in order to offer apartments with harmonious architectural lines, fitted out with rare and tasteful simplicity, and offers above all a quiet relaxation when returning from your working or tourist days.
Important Information : Use of kitchen/kitchenette is not included in the rate and there is an additional cost to be payed directly at the residence for its usage.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
