Hotel Information : The architecture cleverly combines tradition and modernity, as the Bremen Medieval city wall and the ancient façade have been integrated into the modern interiors. In the relaxation room you will find the oldest part of the city wall from the 11th century.
The extraordinary modern interiors communicate warm elegance through luxurious silver leaf, fine woods and carpets combined with furniture designed by Charles Eames and Tom Dixon.
Food & Beverages : All dishes from our kitchen are freshly prepared and we refrain from using ready-made produce, additives and preservatives. We prepare home-made pastas and patisserie produce, and so all our delicious cakes and desserts including ice creams and pralines are made from scratch on site.
