Travel Information : Coming from Manhattan east side:
Take FDR Drive south to Exit 3 "South Street". Proceed about a 1 mile down South Street. Once you pass under the Brooklyn Bridge make a right turn to Peck slip. The Seaport Inn Downtown will be 1 block up to your right hand side.
Coming from Manhattan west side:
Take Houston Street going east (If coming from the Holland Tunnel proceed north upon exit until Spring Street turn right and proceed to 6th Avenue and go two blocks to Houston Street and make a right turn) Go east on Houston Street to Allen Street make a right turn to Allan Street. Go all the way down on Allan Street until South Street and the East River. Make a right turn on South Street and go south, once past the Brooklyn Bridge make a right to Peck Slip. The Seaport Inn Downtown will be one block to your right hand side.
Important Information : Pet Policy:
The hotel allows pets under 40 pounds of weight to stay at the hotel. No exotic pets, please. There is a maximum of two pets per room. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times when you are in public areas. Your pet is to be crated while left unattended in your room. Pets are not permitted in restaurants, bars, pool and the fitness areas. Please know that there will be no tolerance for barking, scratching, biting, and other harmful or nuisance behaviors. Always clean up after your pet. Your Front Desk Agent can supply you with a biodegradable refuse bag.
There will be a twenty-dollar (USD 20) fee to house each of your pets in addition to the room rate. In addition you must permit the hotel to authorize a USD 295.00 on a credit card. Upon your check out the guestroom will be inspected. If damage has occurred in the room you as the pet owner are held responsible for the repairs.
