Food & Beverages : Our complex has no bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you can prepare your own meals.
Within walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars that offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.
Region Information : Leuven is one of the nicest old cities of Belgium with one of the oldest universities of Europe. City Budget Flats is in a quiet street at the centre of the city, within walking distance of the town hall, shops, restaurants, bars and museums.
Room Information : All flats have a kitchen with fridge and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Internet access is also available in all rooms (WIFI)
The Business Budget Flats are fully equipped, while the Student Flats are accommodated with the basic necessities to stay overnight (bed and linen, towels also included).

You have a choice of either a fully equipped budget flat or a student flat with basic furniture. Every flat has its own equipped kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom. In some cases there is a separate sleeping area.
