Region Information : Ornos Beach has all the advantages of a small village, while at the same time it offers the peaceful relaxation of a beautiful resort. Ornos Beach has frequent bus connection with other areas on Mykonos Island till very late at night. There are restaurants, bars, mini markets, supermarkets, a bakery, pharmacy, international press kiosks and, in general, everything to make your holiday more pleasant and convenient. From Ornos Beach water taxis depart every day for other Mykonos beaches, such as Paradise Beach, Super Paradise Beach or Agrari Beach.
Travel Information : There are daily flights connecting Athens with Mykonos Island. During the peak summer months flights are frequent, while in the winter flights are less frequent. The flight lasts approximately 40 minutes. There are Olympic Airways buses, public buses and taxis from Mykonos Airport to destinations throughout the island.
There are several passenger liner companies, with scheduled trips connecting Mykonos to Athens (Piraeus Port), Rafina Port, Thessaloniki and Heraklion, Crete.
