Hotel Information : The residence is in the city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the Mériadek district, the ice rink and the Bordeaux Council Offices. The Palais de Justice is just 5 minutes away on foot, and the Town Hall and Place Gambetta 10 minutes away.
Short description : Citéa Bordeaux has 108 apartments spread over 4 storeys, friendly, functional spaces for working, eating, and relaxing. To make life easier, we provide a breakfast room, an automatic clothes-washing facility and underground parking. An outdoor swimming pool is also provided for our clients' enjoyment from May to September. The residence is in the city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the Mériadeck district, the ice rink and the Bordeaux Council offices.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
