Food & Beverages : Our dining area is very pleasant and we seat up to 20 guests, it's very modern with a touch of class too. You can enjoy your breakfast with a lovely view out looking the City, including our 42inch wide screen plasma TV.
Travel Information : From the train station we are North, we are 10 minutes away from Princess Street and George Street.

Important Information : We only take a minimum of four night stays during Christmas and New Year and these bookings must be made in only the Christmas and New Year rooms.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
