Short description : Sonoran Suites are located in a gated, Southwestern-style apartment complex of two-story, tile-roofed buildings (no elevators) colored in pale desert tones. Suites consist of two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture. Some have dining rooms. Fully equipped with cookware and dishes, kitchens include four-burner gas ranges, microwave ovens, ice-making refrigerators, dishwashers, and breakfast bars.
Important Information : Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision at all times, including the pool. Persons less than 25 years of age are prohibited from making a reservation, or occupying a unit without an adult chaperone.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancelation Policy : Deposit required (1/2 of reservation amount). Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will be accessed a USD 75 per unit fee, less then 31 days to check in will forfeit the deposit (1/2 the reservation), within 72 hours will forfeit the whole reservation amount.
**When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply**
