Cancelation Policy : Cancellations made more than 45 days before the date of arrival will be charged with a USD 75 cancellation fee
Cancellations made within 45 - 30 days before the date of arrival will be charged with a USD 275 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the date of arrival will be charged with the total amount of stay.
Deposit required: USD 250 + USD 25 processing fee.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child Policy : Parents must supervise children at all times when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development.

Room Information : Each vacation home at Windsor Hills features a master suite with a King or Queen-size bed, TV, and a master bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower.
All vacation homes have a private screened swimming pool with spa and all town-homes have a splash pool of up to 3 feet depth to sit and relax in. All homes also feature a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV, VCR or DVD player and a washer and dryer.
Select homes are available with game rooms that include billiards, table tennis and air hockey along with play stations for kids.
