Important Information : The Florida Store Vacation Rentals supplies self-catering vacation homes in various locations in this area. You will be informed about the exact location after they have confirmed your booking. Florida Store Vacation Rentals will send you an e-mail and provide you with the address and instructions on how to pick up the keys. All houses and apartments vary in location, size, furntiture, etc.
At least one person for every two must be 21 years old or older. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
**When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply**
Hotel Information : Pets are allowed up to 40lbs with a non-refundable fee of USD 150, maximum 4 pets.
Housekeeping Fees:
Reservations for 4 nights or less are subject to the following housekeeping fee that differs by unit size:
3 Bedroom - USD 70
4 Bedroom - USD 80
This fee is due PRIOR to arrival.
Deposit of 1st night + USD 50 fee is required at the time of booking.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellations can be made until 14 days before arrival.
Within 14 days before arrival a late cancellation fee of 2 nights rent + USD 45 fee + tax will be charged.
No-show charge: No refund.

Region Information : All homes are located 15 to 30 minutes from Disney's main gate. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 20 miles from most locations. Sanford International Airport (SFB) is about 35 miles from most locations.
SeaWorld is 5 to 7 miles from most locations; Universal Studios theme parks are about 12 to 16 miles from most locations.
All homes are located in areas that are close to dining, shopping and local attractions.

Travel Information : Driving Directions From Orlando International Airport -
Take the South Exit, Follow Highway 417 (toll-road) South to the Osceola Parkway. Travel West on Osceola Parkway to Interstate 4 West. Get off of I-4 at exit 64B (Highway 192). On US Highway 192 West travel approximately six miles, the entrance to the Summerbay Shopping Center is on your right. We are located in Suite 13.
Child Policy : Children stay free with parents in existing bedding.
Cots are USD 35 per week.
