Hotel Information : Our friendly personnel speak English, German, French, Italian, Swedish and Danish.
In April 2006 we opened our new fitness and wellness area, which offers a sauna, steam bath, 'experience shower', quiet area, Kneipp baths and fitness apparatus. Use of these areas is free of charge. In addition, numerous massages (hot-stone, neck massages, reflex zone massages) can be booked for a fee.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation is free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival.
The package "Star magic 2007" can be cancelled free of charge until 5 days before the arrival date.
The package "Romantic weekend in Hanover" can be cancelled free of charge until 2 days before the arrival date.
Attention! For the Biotechnica fair(09/10/07-11/10/07) cancelled or modified up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, 80% of the reservation will be charged.
During fair periods free cancellation is not possible and will be charged with 100% of the invoice amount.

Short description : The Kastens Hotel Luisenhof is situated between the main railway station and the opera house in the centre of Hanover, not far from the airport and the exhibition centre.

Room Information : All of our guest rooms are equipped with a large working area, satellite and pay TV (Premiere sports/film channel), analogue telephone and fax connection, WLAN, safe, minibar, shower or bath, WC, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.

Travel Information : From the Hannover-Langenhagen airport you can reach the main train station in approx. 15 minutes via S-Bahn (urban rail) line S5. Leave the main train station on the West side (exit "Ernst-August-Platz") and walk down Luisenstrasse, slightly to your left. After 150 m you will find our hotel on the left-hand side.
Food & Beverages : Our restaurant is a popular meeting place for locals and hotel guests alike. In addition to international cuisine, we also offer regional and seasonal dishes.
The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 until 14:30, and from 18:00 until 21:00 (during the summer months the restaurant closes on Sundays).
Our hotel features its own wine shop, which will impress you with its excellent selection, including wines available by the glass.
We serve cocktails, beers and an appealing range of meals in our hotel bar daily from 10:30.
Region Information : Hanover Langenhagen Airport (HAJ) is 12 kilometres away from the hotel. A taxi ride takes 20 minutes and costs approximately EUR 20. You can reach the main railway station from the airport in approximately 25 minutes by train.
