Room Information : All rooms are equipped with an en suite bath and toilet, radio, cable TV, minibar, safe, telephone and internet access.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellations are free of charge until the day before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge 90% of the total amount to your credit card. During the following exhibition/trade fair periods cancellation is only free of charge until 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Emo (16th – 22nd September 2007), Biotechnika + IKK (8th – 12th October 2007), Agritechnika (10th – 17th November 2007).
For the Winter Highlight offer, the full booking amount will be charged to your credit card as soon as your reservation has been processed. In case of cancellation a refund will not be given.

Travel Information : Hannover Airport (haj): Approximate driving time is 15 minutes and distance is 15 kilometres (9 miles). S-Bahn trains on line S5 transport passengers from the airport to the central railway station. Taxi stands are located at the entrance of the Arrivals terminal. There are bus and tram services which run around the city.
