Important Information : Check-in until 22.00 hrs on the date of arrival. Later arrivals are not possible. We offer an emergency service. For later arrivals please contact the hotel between 3pm- 6pm to get in the hotel after 10pm.
The front desk is open daily from 9.00am to 03.00pm and from 05.00pm to 10.00pm. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact the hotel early in advance by phone (03.00pm-6pm) to let it know when your arrival time will be!
The hotel might authorize/charge your credit card in advance if required.
Region Information : Our hotel is located in the outskirts of Hanover, in the borough of Badenstedt, in a green environment with forests and lowlands. The city centre is approx. 20 driving minutes from the hotel. A city train (S-Bahn) is in direct proximity.
Only 10 minutes to the city centre!
The trade fair centre is only 20 minutes from the hotel.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
