Food & Beverages : One of the Carlton's most attractive aspects is its excellent varied buffet breakfast service. Open from 07:30 to 11:00 from Monday to Friday, there is a special timetable for Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 07:30 to 12:30 to enable you to enjoy it at your leisure.

Travel Information : By Car (from Madrid Barajas International Airport):
- Take the N-2 motorway and exit onto the M-30 motorway towards the south.
