Cancelation Policy : Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellation, later alteration or no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking amount to the credit card provided.
In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
During the following periods, reservations can only be cancelled free of charge until 2 months prior to the scheduled arrival date:
1st - 4th September 2007, 12th - 16th September 2007, 12th - 16th October 2007, 23rd October - 3rd November 2007, 13th - 16th November 2007.
In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking amount to your credit card.
For the Early Booker offer the total amount of your stay will be charged from your credit card directly after your reservation has been processed. No cancellation for these dates possible. In case of a cancellation or no-show the offer is non refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
