Short description : Our non smoking guesthouse is located in the centre of Cologne, in a calm area 200 meters from the river Rhine. The trade fair area, the "Koelnarena" and the old part of the city with its sights, shops and nightlife are very near and can all be reached by walking or a short tram ride.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night and person when using existing bedding.

Hotel Information : This B&B is located in a beautiful, listed building. All the rooms were renovated in 2006 and are now equipped with modern furniture. Guests will find a terrace behind the house where they can have breakfast during the summer.
