Cancelation Policy : Reservations cancelled by 12:00 on day of arrival are free of charge.
During fair periods free cancellations cannot be made.
Guaranteed bookings will be held for the first night and in event of a no-show the full cost of your reservation will be charged to the credit card provided.
Cancellation fee: 80 % of the confirmed rate for the first night or for the entire stay during fair season.

Food & Beverages : There are 4 restaurants within the hotel. The Five Continents, the traditional Waldrestaurant Unterschweinstiege with summer terrace, the Faces restaurant and bar and the bistro bar "Con.nex.ion" in the lobby which is open 24-hours a day.
Region Information : Only 900 m from Frankfurt airport but in a quiet location adjacent to the city forest of Frankfurt, the hotel is 1.8 km from the ICE-station of the airport, 10 km to the city centre, 12 km to the fairgrounds and 85 km to Heidelberg.
Travel Information : By air:
There is a 24-hour shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel every 15 minutes.
- Terminal 1: Exit A1 & C7.
- Terminal 2: Exit D/E6 - arrival level.
By car:
Coming from the A3 and A5 motorways heading towards 'Frankfurter Kreuz', exit at 'Flughafen'. From the B43 then exit at 'Unterschweinstiege/Schwanheim'. Follow the signs 'Steigenberger Airport Hotel'. Public parking facilities are located directly beside the hotel.
By train:
Take the train to the ICE-railway station at Frankfurt airport. From the air/rail terminal proceed to the shuttle bus at exit A1 or C7 (arrival level, terminal 1).
