Einkaufszentrum - turn left and after the ticket office turn right (signposted Karlstraße and Düsseldorfer Straße), up the stairs, turn right into Karlstraße, the Hotel CONCORDE is about 30 metres down the road on the left hand side.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
