The Maritim Sports Club (pool, sauna, steam bath, solarium, and exercise machines) will be closed due to maintenance work from June 20th up to and including June 27th 2007.
You may use our underground car park with 460 spaces at a cost of EUR 25 per space per day.
House pets are permitted at a cost of EUR 20 per pet per night.
Child Policy : Children up to the age of 6 years stay free of charge in their parents' room, breakfast included.
Children aged 7 - 12 years stay in an extra bed in their parents' room beginning from EUR 20 per child per day, breakfast included.
An extra room for up to 3 children is charged at 50% of the normal rate.
Cancelation Policy : Outside of trade shows/congress periods, cancellations are free of charge until 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. During the trade shows/congress periods listed below, cancellations are only free of charge until 99 days before your scheduled arrival date. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge 90% of the total cost of the booking as a penalty fee. ****Special conditions for EARLY BIRD OFFER: This offer is bookable till 14 days before the date of arrival. Cancellation / alteration is not allowed. In case of cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the full amount from your credit card.****
