(VDR) - VDR The Business Travel Association of Germany - with its more than 440 member companies represents an annual business trip volume of roughly nine billion Euro. Room Information : You are invited to feel at home by the warm colours and materials of the rooms and suites, combined with the individual and generous design. They are equipped with bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, pay TV, telephone and minibar. The business rooms have fax, modem connections, bathrobe, mineral water, and a coffee and tea maker.
Hotel Information : Being successful also means staying fit. No problem, if your travels allow a balance between stress and relaxation. We make it easy for you to recharge your batteries between meetings. Our Fitness Centre on the 7th floor is open late into the evening. Enjoy a selection of drinks at the fitness bar and a fascinating panorama of Frankfurt.
Food & Beverages : We will be happy to pamper you in your home or office. We are also glad to assist in finding that perfect setting, whether that be a barn for a party, a castle for a fine dinner or a cabin for a grill evening. We are naturally available at any time of the day or night, as arranged in advance with you.
Travel Information : -You can reach the Relexa Hotel Frankfurt/ Main easily via the A 661, exit Heddernheim.
- From Marie-Curie-Strasse turn left after about 600 m into Lurgiallee.
- Via the Offenbacher Kreuz in the south-east, the A661 connects the A3 (Cologne - Munich) with the A5 (Basle - Kassel) at Bad Homburger Kreuz.
Travelling from the south:
- Exit at the Nordwestkreuz on to the A66/ Miquelallee in the direction of Frankfurt/Miquelallee.
- Leave the motorway at the TV tower (Fernsehturm) in the direction of Ginnheim.
- Follow the 4-lane Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse in the direction of Bad Homburg and exit at Mertonviertel.
- This takes you to Marie-Curie-Strasse where you turn right at the 1st set of traffic lights.
Coming from the west (Wiesbaden/ Rheingau) and the Rhineland (Cologne/Bonn):
- Take the A66 at Wiesbadener Kreuz in the direction of Frankfurt.
- Exit only when you reach the TV tower (Fernsehturm) in the direction of Ginnheim.
- See directions from the south above.
Cancelation Policy : Free cancellation until 48 hours before the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the total amount from your credit card.
During fair periods cancellations are only possible until 3 weeks prior to the day of arrival. Any later cancellation will result in a charge of 80% of the first night of the stay.
