Cancelation Policy : Cancellations without charge can be made up to 18:00 (local time) 2 days before the arrival date. In the case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay. In the case of no-show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay.
During high season (from 1 July to 31 August included), a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount is required. This deposit will be refunded in case of cancellations made at least 10 days prior the arrival date.
During fairs and festivals (MIDEM, MIPIM, MIPTV, Film Festival, Advertising Film Festival, MIPCOM, Tax Free) pre-payment is required upon booking. This booking cannot be modified, exchanged or cancelled. Sales conditions will apply, according to those valid on the day of booking.
