Short description : The hotel is located in the southern part of the resort surrounded by green park area and it is about 300 m away from the beach. The swimming pool and the pool bar are surrounded by pine tree forest which guarantees your relax and comfort. An attractive mini train stops in front of the hotel and it could take you to the center of the resort.

Region Information : Just 40 km. from the large administrative center of Bourgas it is located along a crescent-shaped bay facing east.
The shore is sandy and sloping. The beach is 8 km. long, between 30 and 50 m wide occasionally gently rising into dunes and covered with fine golden sand.
The sea is calm, without a morning or evening tide. The water is warm, limpid and rich in minerals easily absorbed through the
skin and inhaled with every breath of tangy air.
The climate is continental with four distinctive seasons. Summer is the longest season, with 1700 hours of sunshine from May through October. The sun here rises early and sets late. The average monthly temperatures of the air in July and August reach
27-29 °С , and of the water – 25-26 °С. The air is fresh, abounding in ozone and the fresh sea breeze makes the days pleasant
and the nights cool. Rare plant species grow amidst the beautiful parks and dunes, including 16 protected by the law.
Nature has created Sunny Beach on a ground scale. That is why once you come here you fall in love with it forever.
Travel Information : The hotel is only 40 km away from Burgas airport and 100 km away from Varna airport.
By car
From Burgas airport - It takes about half an hour driving following E87 main road, direction Varna (to the north). The hotel is next to hotel "Burgas", close to the main road of the resort, after the barrier at the right side, close to the beach.
From Varna airport - it takes about 1 H and a half following E87 main road to the south.
Room Information : The rooms are fitted with two separate beds and an extra bed, balcony, bath with shower and toilet, hairdryer, telephone, fridge, TV with Sat channels.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
