Travel Information : The Relais San Clemente is strategically located and easy to reach. It is just 90 minutes drive from Florence or Rome and only 70 minutes by plane from Milan. If you arrive at the S.Egidio - Perugia Airport, the owners can be there to welcome you on arrival.
Region Information : From the small Passo dell'Acqua station located inside the the grounds of the hotel, you can wave down the train that will stop to take you into the historic centre of Perugia. Trains run almost every hour, the journey takes about 20 minutes and you can buy a ticket on the train. On your way into Perugia you will pass through the green Umbrian countryside.

Hotel Information : The hotel is situated in a historic building that dates back to its initial existence as a church, originally built in 1045. The church went through many incarnations until it became an elegant and artistically rich villa, before it was eventually converted to a hotel in 1990.
