Each apartment will provide you with a free internet access, a private bathroom and a kitchen. The apartments in this collection are mostly in a traffic limited area, pay parking from a location nearby may be available.
As these properties are mostly in the heart of Rome, the Colosseo and Saint Peter's Cathedral are just close by while restaurants and bars are just in walking distance.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
