A free taxi service is provided for bookings of 5 or more nights. Guests are responsible for carrying luggage into and out of the property. To obtain the free taxi, guests must notify the property of arrival times of any flight into the relevant London airport at least 2 weeks prior arrival, if this is not adhered to then an administration charge of GBP 30 may apply. For last-minute bookings, a 24-hour notice is normally required.
A greeter will meet guests upon arrival at the property to pass the keys.
There is a GBP 50 charge for loss of any key payable from the valid credit card as per the deposit policy.
