Still retaining much of its original charm, each stylish apartment at 51 Kensington Court contains a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and satellite channels, an iPod docking station, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is also a seating area with a sofa and a bathroom with a shower.
Less than 100 metres from Kensington High Street, the apartments are very close to a number of restaurants and shops. For those looking to cook for themselves, Whole Foods Market is a 3-minute stroll away.
The nearest London Underground Station, High Street Kensington is also 5 minutes’ walk away. It is on the Circle and District line, offering links into the rest of central London.
Important Information : Please note guests will be liable for any damage caused to the apartment. The security deposit is charged via a credit card authorisation. This will cover any telephone calls, breakages, unreasonable damage, and any additional cleaning costs. Please ensure the apartment is securely locked when you are out and that you take keys with you, as reception may be closed at certain times.
With sufficient notice, grocery shopping, breakfast packs, airport transfers and sightseeing tours can all be organised by the property owners at 51 Kensington Court. This information can be added within the Special Request box during the booking stage.
Reception hours:
9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
11:00-14:00 Saturday
Closed on Sunday.
Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-in is available with prior notice.
Upon departure please return all keys to reception, or alternatively please leave them in your apartment if checking out before reception opening hours. There will be a charge of GBP 90 per set of any lost or un-returned keys, or keys lost in transit (if not securely packed and sent by recorded delivery), to cover the cost of replacement.
Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment.
Apartments have a housekeeping service from Monday to Saturday. No service is available on Sundays or on Bank holidays, unless by prior arrangement. Towels and bed linen are changed twice weekly or by arrangement.
Reception opening times are Monday to Friday, 09.00 until 17.00 and Saturday 11.00 until 14.00. Early or late check-in outside of these hours cannot be guaranteed and must be requested in advance. It will be subject to a surcharge of GBP 25 plus VAT.
Any emergency call outs (between the hours of 17.00 and 09.00 Monday to Friday and from 14.00 until 11.00 on Saturday and Sunday) will be subject to a GBP 25 plus VAT.
