Short description : A few minutes south of Twickenham High Street, Popes Grotto is a modernly built hotel overlooking the river Thames.
Popes Grotto is an excellent choice, whether you are travelling for business or pleasure or going to the rugby game.
This fully air-conditioned hotel, with traditional Young's pub attached, is close to Kingston, Wimbledon, Richmond and is only a short walk from Twickenham Rugby ground. Strawberry Hill station, with trains to London Waterloo every 20 minutes, is just a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.
Graded three star, the hotel has 32 en-suite bedrooms, some with sofa beds to accommodate families; many rooms overlooking the river and several also have a balcony.
