There is no reception desk at the apartments allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and independence during their stay. Once you have received your confirmation email you will be contacted by phone with automatic check-in instructions for your apartment and a contact number for during your stay. When you are contacted you will also be required to give an additional credit card deposit before your arrival (350 GBP for one-bedroom apartments, which is refundable within 14 days of your departure. Please provide a 24-hour contact telephone number at the time of booking.
