Surrounded by gardens, the villa is set over two floors. The living-dining room including a sofa, a fireplace, and a large dining table, is on the ground floor; as well as an en-suite twin bedroom with hydromassage shower.
There is a double bedroom on the upper floor, and it comes with a furnished balcony with nice views.The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge, and dishwasher; and a washing machine is also provided.
Can Mariano is a 10-minute drive from both Cala de San Vicente Bech and Puerto Pollensa. A free private parking is available onsite.
Important Information : Once full payment has been made, the property manager will contact you with instructions for key collection and arrival.
Towels are changed twice a week.
Please note that a damage deposit of 25% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged on arrival and will be refunded at check out subject to a damage inspection.
Final cleaning and charges for electricity, water and gas, are all included in the price.
