You ll find attractive pavement cafes and restaurants here in abundance. The small. charming harbour town of Port d’Alcudia is just a stone s throw away. You can enjoy delightful long beaches. remote romantic little bays and an impressive mountain landscape. And there is a superb golf course just around the corner. A stone staircase leads to the first level of the villa from the road. There is a large terrace on this level with a swimming pool. The villa s entrance is just a few steps higher. You ll find another terrace there with garden furniture and a BBQ. You enter the villa through a spacious hall. The attractive living room is adjacent. This room is pleasantly furnished and offers direct access to a terrace. You can enjoy beautiful views of the sea there. This floor also has a very well equipped. modern kitchen and utility room. There are also two bedrooms with separate beds and a small bathroom with a toilet and spacious shower.There are two bedrooms on the first floor which share a large balcony at the front of the house.
