Short description : Base Serviced Apartments is proud to announce the opening of our brand new location in the heart of Liverpool. Our centrally located contemporary apartments offer a choice of stylish three bedroom apartments, and double bedrooms - each with a separate bathroom.
All of these apartments are fully furnished to a very high standard with LCD televisions, comfortable double bedrooms, spacious living / dining areas and fully equipped kitchens. Welcome packs containing a variety of teas, coffees, sugar, biscuits and milk containers are provided to all guests, together with washing powder and bathroom toiletries.
Based close to the Metquarter and Liverpool One shopping centres, being surrounded by restaurants and bars makes it a perfect location for all - leisure and business travellers. The Cathedrals, Museums, Art Galleries and Theatres of Liverpool are all within walking distance of Sir Thomas Street, Anfield and Goodison Park football stadiums are within easy driving distance. The Albert Dock is just a 10 minute walk away, and as well as being very beautiful, it plays host to The Beatles Story, The Tate Gallery, and the Mersey Ferries!

Important Information : Please note that there is no lift within this property and rooms can be accessed by stairwell only.
Check-in time is between 14:00 and 22:00 at the office, apart from Sundays, when the office closes at 21:00. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out.

A 20% deposit will be taken on receipt of the booking, using the card details on the booking form. This is refundable if a booking is cancelled before 14:00 7 days prior to arrival. After this time, the remaining 80% of the booking fee will be taken for all bookings.
The property has an over-25 policy and is very strict on noise pollution, as the apartments are in a residential block.
The property does not accept stag or hen groups; such bookings received will be subject to cancellation.
The property reserves the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorize a security deposit on the credit/debit card (must be the same card used for the accommodation pre-payment), from GBP 50 up to GBP 250 per person by chip and pin terminal on arrival. Please be advised that cash, visa electron, solo or laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorization.
