This spacious villa has a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and a DVD player. Featuring an equipped kitchen, it also comes with a bright dining area and a terrace. A daily cleaning service is available, at a surcharge.
Guests may prepare their own meals in the equipped kitchen of the villa. There is an ample dining area available. The nearby Albufeira Old Town has a wide range of Portuguese and international restaurants, along with shops, cafés and various bars.
Pescadores Beach is a 10-minute walk. The renowned Falésia Beach is a 10-minute drive from the unit, while Oura Beach is 1.5 km away. For golfing enthusiasts, Balaia Golf Village is an 8-minute drive away. SeveraL other golf courses are available within 10 km. Faro International Airport is a 39-minute drive from the Beach House.
Important Information : Guests should inform the property of their estimated arrival time by using the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting the property. Late check-ins are possible, upon request.
After booking, guests will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.
Please note that the 40% deposit of the total reservation amount charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer or Paypal. The remaining amount must be paid by bank tranfer or Paypal within 60 days of the date of arrival. Beach House will contact guests with further details.
Please note that a security deposit of EUR 750 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
Please note that towels are changed once a week.
Please note that the non-refundable rate is fully charged on the day of booking.
