Short description : Located in Olhos de Água, 5 Km from Albufeira, My Azinheira is a two-storey villa with five bedrooms, a private outdoor pool surrounded by garden, a children’s playground and a double garage.
On the ground floor is the master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool area. This floor also features 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. On the top floor are a twin bedroom and a large balcony with sea view.
At My Azinheira guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen that is connected to a dining area. Barbecue facilities and a dining area are available outdoors. Alternatively, guests can visit the large amount of restaurants available in Albufeira.
The living room on the ground floor includes sofas, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and a home cinema system with projector and Surround Sound System. Free WiFi is available in some rooms. The large garden includes a jump bed and guests have access to a laundry room.
Faro International Airport is located 29 Km away and Vilamoura with its golf courses is at a 15-minute drive. A great amount of beaches are available between Albufeira and Quarteira, 15 Km away from My Azinheira villa.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.
Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. My Azinheira will contact guests with further details. The remaining 70% will be charged at least 50 days prior to check-in.
Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the villa.
Please note that heating is available on request and subject to an additional charge of EUR 150 per week.
