Short description : 80 air-conditioned apartments comprising of one bedroom with two beds, cleaning and change of towels on alternate days, change of sheets every 4 days. Meeting Room and Lounge, situated on the main floor (ground floor). Meeting room, small conventions with capacity for 50/60 people. Lounge with satellite tv, capacity for 40 people. Snack Cafeteria. Service from 08.00 to 24.00, serving sandwiches, tapas, set dishes and our own cakes and pastry. The restaurant and cafeteria were completely renovated in November 1998 giving them a modern, functional air. Air-conditioning.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
