Short description : Bright and quiet one-bedroom apartment of 55 m2, located on the third floor of a stately building with elevator, in the Porta Nuova area near Piazzale Repubblica and Moscova.
The room will provide you with air conditioning, a living area with a double sofa bed, cable-TV and DVD-player and a fully equipped kitchen corner, complete with a microwave/oven. Other facilities include a washing machine and ironing set.
The bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toilet. The apartment comes complete with parquet flooring and Internet connection.
The apartment is located close to the Brera area, which is considered the historical centre of Milan, with numerous restaurants, bars and cafés on every corner. In front of the apartment is a supermarket located and also a dry-cleaner, a pharmacy and a bakery are nearby. Within the range of 1 km there are three fitness centers.
The area is also well served by public transport: in less than 5 minutes it is possible to reach the metro and tram stop.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
