Short description : The Airport Hotel Okęcie is a new 4-star hotel, located 800 metres from the Frederic Chopin International Airport and 4.5 kilometres from the centre of Warsaw.
Hotel Information : While the architecture of the hotel is very modern, its interior is reminiscent of the 1930s atmosphere, when flying was still a hobby reserved for the elites. The hotel's management can assure you that no other 3-star hotel in Warsaw can offer you equally high standards of service. Our experienced and friendly personnel will do their best to give you more than you expect.
Room Information : There are 180 comfortable and fully air conditioned rooms for our hotel guests, including 7 exclusive apartments, which are located on every floor of the hotel. We also have 10 single rooms, 163 double rooms and 7 suites.
All of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibars, electric kettles, hairdryers, satellite television, radio, Pay-TV and electric sockets with 220V voltage (110V:220V transformers are available on request).
Food & Beverages : Mirage Restaurant -
At the Mirage Restaurant, which is combined with the Jet Bar and grill, you can enjoy a very unique atmosphere and, of course, try our specialties, some of which are prepared right before your eyes.
Klubowa Restaurant -
The second restaurant, Klubowa, offers its guests more privacy. Here you can relax and enjoy the cosy atmosphere in front of the fireplace, listening to the sound of the piano.
Sky Bar -
The Sky Bar, located on the 7th floor, offers a splendid panorama of Warsaw and the International Airport. It is a perfect place to relax after a long day at work.
Travel Information : Additionally, we offer our individual customers free shuttle bus transportation between the hotel and the International Warsaw Airport.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
