Short description : Set in a Hausmannian building in the trendy Marais district, the Marais Studio for 5 (247) is only 500 metres from the Pompidou Centre. This contemporary studio features exposed beams and original stone walls.
The studio is decorated in a minimalistic style and the lounge has high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. An LCD TV and radio are provided and the bed is set on a mezzanine. The bathroom includes a hairdryer.
You can prepare homemade meals using the oven, stove, and fridge in the kitchen. A coffee maker is supplied and restaurants can be found within walking distance.
The Musée des Arts et Métiers Museum is only 100 metres from the studio and Notre Dame Cathedral is 700 metres away. Réaumur – Sébastopol Metro Station is 300 metres away.
Important Information : Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay. The damage deposit will be refunded at least 7 days after your departure.
