Short description : Bright two bedroom apartment in Paris, renovated at the end of 2010 and located on the third floor of a building (without elevator) in a quiet residential area in the 13th arrondissement. The whole apartment overlooks a small and quiet park.
The 45 sq.mt apartment includes a living area, fitted with parquet flooring and comprising a double sofa bed (140cm), a leather armchair, a coffee table, a TV corner and a fully equipped white laquered kitchen corner, complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. An isle with a wooden surface and two bar stools is located in the middle of the room and a wooden table for 4/6 people is also available.
The master bedroom is located on the left and it includes a double bed (140cm), a commode with a mirror, an L-shaped closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, washer and dryer. A small bedroom with a closet and a handy white chest of drawers which turns into a single bed; a separate WC is located right next to this bedroom.
The 13th arrondissement is a residential neighborhood in Paris and it is very quiet and not part of the traditional tourist routes, but it is rich in points of interests and attractions. Not to be missed, are the National Library François Mitterand, Paris Rive Gauche district, the Butte aux Cailles, a lovely hill once dominated by windmills and nowadays a residential area with villas, picturesque views and bar and restaurants. On the Boulevard Blanqui, the food market is held on tuesdays, fridays and sundays.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
